Unemployed graduates and diploma holders to commence employment program
The objective of this project is to engage the youth in sustainable development on a credible and rational basis to create a culture of working for the country. The program is planned and implemented according to the ‘Prosperity Vision’ policy statement of President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa.
Candidates should have completed a Degree or Diploma program recognized by the University Grants Commission by 31.09.2016. Should be not more than 35 years of age on that date. Applicant should be a permanent resident of the Divisional Secretariat where the application is lodged and have not been employed for a period of three consecutive years.
They selected the Ministry of Education, rural and estate schools, Department of Irrigation, Agrarian Services Department, Wildlife Department, the Department of Ayurveda, Ministry of Health, Rural rōhal- ḍispensari Survey Department, the Department of Agriculture, Department of Minor Export Crop Valuation Department, the Immigration depa Rtamēntuva in the fields of employment will be.
An allowance of Rs 20,000 is paid during the one year training period. Appointments are made on district basis and it is compulsory to serve in the district where the first appointment is made.
