Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the Job |
- Act as an interface between the Bank and the customer whilst managing a progressive communication flow in order to establish profitable customers through superior customer service
- Ensure all transactions comply with stipulated and implied operational procedures and guidelines in order to minimize potential risks

Personal Specification / Additional Requirements |
- Candidates should be IT literate, proficient in written and spoken English
